ANNOUNCING: The 2026 Cartagena Trip
For the girlies who've healed just enough to cause a little trouble.
Hi Pretty Humans,
I have a super exciting announcement! I am hosting a girl’s trip to Colombia in 2026, and you're invited!
Before you say "Rach, this is next year I don't even know what I'm having for dinner tonight"--
GIRL SAME.
One thing I've learned in the last few years is that my mental health is hugely dependent on whether or not my life has meaning.
During some of my darkest depressions, my mind gets stuck in a "I have no reason to wake up today" state.
When I'm trying to come out of these headspaces, I know something that really helps me is having something to look forward to. Whether it's a date with my best friend, a creative project I'm excited about, or a vacation.
Travel has always been a way for me to give myself a massive mental health gift because it accomplishes so many needs: it gives me something to look forward to, a financial goal to work hard towards, and the experience itself is rejuvinating, perspective-shifting, and inspires me creatively.
Whether you're currently in a mental health rut or find yourself there from time to time (or often, like me), I really hope you consider joining me in Cartagena next winter.
Here is a brief overview of the trip:
February 2026: The girls have gone wild
Join me in Cartagena, Colombia, for four days of sun-bathing our white buns on white sand beaches, cultural exploration with a side of shoving our faces with street food, and dancing until our feet hurt (bc chances are none of us wear appropriate footwear).
Consider this your official invite to start making your life a living scrapbook, and to do it with me and other therapeutically exhausted yet ready to live-out-loud girlies.
Day 1: Touchdown + Turn Up
Arrive in Cartagena, where the cobblestone streets are hotter than your ex’s texts (sorry I had to).
Explore the old city
Sunset rooftop vibes (SLAY)
Welcome dinner with your new crew (girls-girls who speak mental health AND are in a season of living out loud)
Day 2: Dance, Snack, Repeat
Get lost (on purpose) in the streets of Cartagena:
Taste-test local street food (we EAT ladies)
Learn Champeta dance from locals (DUH WE ARE DANCING DUH)
Photo ops that say, “I just found myself” (or "I'm not coming home lol")
Day 3: I'm On a Boat (and)
This is the “holy shit I’m alive” day bb <3
Private boat to Rosario Islands (you need to Google these, the pics are unreal)
Beach hop to hidden white sand coves omggggg
We're talking fruit baskets, cocktail buckets, saltwater in our nose, and girly chaos (the wholesome kind)
Day 4: Treatleave (the act of treating yourself while leaving)
We hold space for what this trip gave us (and make sure to give ourselves something on the way out).
Lovefest circle (yes we WILL be complimenting eachother and creating a big old gratitude moment)
Shop, treat ourselves (and eachother) on our last day
Head home with a full belly, full heart, and fuller group chat notifications
