THE FINAL PART: Connection
The last of four indicators that we are well--that therapy is helping, recovery is working, and that we are, in fact, human.
Last month I started writing about “how I know I’m well.”
About life post-recovery or when symptoms of mental illness stabilize. About the factors I believe are both indications of and tools for true wellness.

Every week (or so—with room for flexibility if my anxiety is high or mood is low. I’m trying) I’ve shared one of the four concepts. We’ve covered Satisfaction, Belonging, and Acceptance. Today, we’ll cover Connection.
