Last month I started writing about “how I know I’m well.”

About life post-recovery or when symptoms of mental illness stabilize. About the factors I believe are both indications of and tools for true wellness.

I did a big fucking keynote speech in November sharing these four concepts, and after it ended I wanted to share them with you here.
