Oh my gosh, brilliantly written as always! I can so relate to the resistance that pops its head up at some suggestionswhenever the spirit moves it. This is super inspirational thank you! I've been playing with a regular practice of qigong for the last year and a half and noticed such a difference. This app sounds super helpful, I shall check it out :)

Yes!!! I’m so glad you gave breathwork a chance. As someone who comes from a similar background (disordered eating and the struggle to be in my body), breathwork was the first time I actually was able to be in my body without judgment. It’s one of the tools on my toolbox, and I love a good long breathwork sesh! Have you ever tried with a facilitator or in a group? (I’ve never used the open app so I don’t know if it offers these things)

I have done it with a group and facilitator! That was probably the most powerful experience ever. We microdosed a little before as well which enhanced it tenfold!
